I sort as I go. A little OCD goes a long way; boxes go back here, jars and the like go up here, bags up there, cold stuff here. I could perfect this with reusable bags and I would LOVE a scanner to use while I shop. Must find in the RIC. And Harris Teeter? not so good? I heard they were buying out the Ukrop's here...

Shawn,

I have used this device once and it is awesome. My only complaint is that I still have to bag everything at the end. When I scan everything at the end, I can scan items in a specified order, so all my frozen stuff goes into the same bags. With this system, I have to bag it all "on-the-fly" in the checkout line and it ends up using up all the time I saved. I suppose this could be resolved by bagging as you go through the store, but you would have to know ahead of time how many bags you need.

I wonder how this could be resolved?
